Every William Alexander reed diffuser is hand poured in our Leicestershire studio using premium fragrance oils — never mass produced, never outsourced.

We are a small British home fragrance brand with over a decade of experience developing and testing fragrances, with a simple philosophy:

Every detail — from the fragrance concentration to the fibre reeds and minimalist packaging — has been considered to create a diffuser we would be proud to display in our own homes.

How to Set Up Your Diffuser

1. Remove the cap and push out the inner paper seal

2. Replace the cap and insert all 8 reeds

3. Allow approximately 24 hours for the reeds to fully saturate before assessing scent throw

4. Flip the reeds once a week to refresh the fragrance

5. Use fewer reeds for a more subtle background scent, or all 8 for maximum fragrance

6. Keep upright on a stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat

Tip: New York is particularly effective in hallways and living spaces. Place it near the natural movement of air through the room rather than hidden in a corner — this helps the saffron, jasmine and amber notes travel naturally through the space.
