Why Soy Wax?

We use 100% natural soy wax for every William Alexander candle. Soy wax burns slowly and cleanly, helping to provide a consistent fragrance throw while reducing the soot associated with traditional paraffin wax.

Combined with the correct wick and fragrance ratio, it allows Nordic Forest to release its fresh pine and warming woody notes gradually throughout your home.

Every candle is hand poured in small batches to help maintain consistent quality from the first burn to the last.

How to Get the Best from Your Candle

1. Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before every burn.

2. On the first burn, allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the glass to help prevent tunnelling.

3. Burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a time.

4. Keep away from drafts and place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

5. Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains in the base.

6. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from children and pets.
